Package the Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
